I know what it’s like to lead through chaos, to make high-stakes decisions with limited time and incomplete data, to build a business while trying not to lose yourself in the process.
I’ve run public and private companies. Started at the bottom and worked my way into the CEO and Chairman seat. I’ve led turnarounds, grown teams, rebuilt cultures, and carried the weight of a business on my shoulders, sometimes with success, sometimes with expensive scars.
And now? I help other CEOs and founders do it better. Not just by offering advice, but by walking alongside them as a strategic and financial partner, someone who brings clarity, challenges your thinking, and helps you see what matters most.
I coach and advise leadership teams on how to align, lead, and execute, with less chaos and more trust. I help you rebuild org structures that actually work. And I bring a second set of eyes, backed by a Doctorate in business, and more than 500 sessions coaching senior leaders to help you spot blind spots and make better decisions.
But more than that, I believe business should serve your life, not consume it.
I'm a husband and father of four. Two of our children are adopted. My wife is a music therapist and a nurse. She keeps me grounded in what really matters.
