Why I founded SolSkift
I didn’t become a coach because I read a few management books or took a weekend course.
I became a coach because after years of running businesses, leading teams, and navigating real pressure, not theoretical pressure, I saw a pattern. Smart, driven leaders were getting stuck. Not because they lacked skill or motivation, but because they had no space to think clearly. No one to challenge them with real questions. No one to help connect the dots between business outcomes, human behavior, and personal ambition.
That’s where SolSkift began.
With a desire to bring business leaders a different kind of support, rooted in academic rigor, grounded in leadership science, and delivered by someone who’s actually been in your seat.
